Employees are eligible to participate in Panther’s benefit plans, as of the first day of the month following such employee’s completion of one continuous month of employment. (Provided that such employee has completed application within 30 days of date of hire.)

Leave & Holidays

  • Thirteen days paid annual leave to accrue per year first 3 years; 19.5 days to accrue years 4 –10; 26 to accrue days beginning year 11.
  • Thirteen days paid sick leave to accrue per year. Unused sick leave will carry over to the next year.
  • Company paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation in accordance with company policies and/or practices. (Vacation must be approved by Sr. Management)
  • Although leave begins accruing the first day of employment, it cannot be used until after the first three months from date-of-hire.

Education Reimbursement

  • After one year continuous employment, full-time employees eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement to maintain or improve skills in current job field.
