Panther Energy Company, LLC (PEC) is a Tulsa, Oklahoma based Exploration & Production Company drilling and operating in Oklahoma, Texas and California with additional operations soon to begin in North Dakota and Arkansas. PEC is majority owned by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund of Ignacio, Colorado. The Company specializes in grassroots horizontal exploration of unconventional zones, but also develops conventional reserves of both oil and gas.
